What is PayID? Can I make or receive a payment via PayID?

A PayID is a unique, easy to remember identifier, such as a mobile number, that is linked to an eligible account.

Payments to PayIDs are fast Osko payments, which means they are received in near real-time, 24/7 even between customers of different banks. Payments to PayIDs can also include a longer payment description.

Receive payments to your PayID - You can register your mobile number as a PayID, then share it with people who need to pay you instead of needing to remember your BSB and account number.

Send payments to PayIDs - Payments can be made to the following PayID types: mobile number, email address, ABN, phone number and Organisation ID.

Information about SocietyOne borrowing rates

The rate advertised above is a comparison rate for a secured personal loan to a Tier 1 borrower. Annual percentage rates range from 8.20% (8.27% p.a. comparison rate) to 23.99% (28.66% p.a. comparison rate). See our Rates and Fees for more information on borrowing rates. An establishment fee applies for most borrowers. Secured personal loan example: for a borrower with excellent credit (Tier 1 borrower), a personal loan of $10,000 over a 3 year loan term, with an interest rate of 8.20% p.a. (comparison rate 8.54% p.a.) and a $545 establishment fee, the monthly repayment would be $314 and the total cost over the life of the loan (including the establishment fee) would be $11,314. SocietyOne personal loans are available for terms of 2, 3, 5 and 7 years. Minimum loan term repayment period is 2 years, maximum loan term repayment period is 7 years.
